La materialidad incorpora tejas de barro, estructuras de madera y tapia pisada, retomando elementos de la arquitectura colonial preexistente y optimizando el confort térmico, la sostenibilidad y el bajo impacto ambiental. Este proyecto busca fortalecer la economía local, la educación rural y la integración social mediante un enfoque que articula tradición, modernidad y respeto por el entorno natural.

Developed on a 6,000 m² site, the masterplan organizes the administrative, educational, residential, industrial and productive areas under a grid inspired by the Parc de la Villette, promoting interaction and efficient use of space. The materiality incorporates clay tiles, wooden structures and treaded wall, retaking elements of the pre-existing colonial architecture and optimizing thermal comfort, sustainability and low environmental impact.
