Summary: | Intraorganizational negotiation is the process of coordination between the members of an orga-nization. Different tools such as training and negotiation workshops can be misapplied by giving an individual approach to a group capacity. This is why the Show and Tell method is used as a mechanism to diagnose the aspects that require more attention in order to establish tools that generate real changes in the negotiation culture. Agreements, conflict resolution and proper resource management bring with them the success of the organization.
