An initial effort is aimed at showing how gender inequities associated with science and technology can also be extended to engineering with the use of feminist theoretical concepts, while the second part focuses on explaining how the arguments are used to justify gender inequities attached to scientific objectivist epistemology. Through the use of the concept "small differences" I propose to problematize biases and subjectivities of interpretation at the moment of wanting to show or illustrate gender inequities from the statistics and numbers.--Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado.A través del estudio del concepto de inequidades de género al interior de los estudios sociales de la ciencia y la tecnología, realizo una caracterización de la forma cómo se construyen tales argumentos desde diferentes orillas epistemológicas. Un esfuerzo inicial está orientado a mostrar la forma cómo las inequidades de género asociadas a la ciencia y tecnología también se pueden extender a la ingeniería con el uso de conceptos teóricos feministas, mientras que la segunda parte me concentro en explicar el funcionamiento de los argumentos usados para justificar inequidades de género adscritos a la epistemología objetivista científica.
