Description
Summary:According to the studies about exclusion and public life it is necessary to analyze the interaction of different social actors, in order to interpret the elements and social practices that exclude them about the adoption of generalized BPC models. Through the monitoring of the attribute chain of the Human Beings Approach five BPCs this article aims to identify the relationship between the homogenizing urban design and the exclusion. Several surveys, interviews and observation guides prove the existence of exclusion dynamics derived from the forms of access, use, wellness and appropriation, because urban design models have universalized the contexts and needs of daily life. In this sense, this article suggests to investigate these problems in different perspectives considering their socio-spatial and cultural dimensions to understand how and who BPCs are designed for and who they exclude.
