Este proyecto propone generar espacios seguros de vivienda temporal para personas migrante, entendiendo la habitabilidad desde todas los niveles del confort y la felicidad de los seres que interactúan con la arquitectura. Para responder a dicha problemática de carácter global, este ejercicio académico toma como sujeto de compresión y análisis a la población migrante venezolana que recorre la ruta Cúcuta-Bogotá D.C., buscando estudiar sus características y condiciones actuales para resolver sus necesidades habitacionales a través de la estrategia, espacialidad, y materialidad del proyecto. La idea no es solo construir hogares de paso y casas temporales para los migrantes que atraviesan los peligros del camino, sino repensar, bajo un lente empático y preciso, cómo se puede unir a personas de distintos orígenes, pensamientos, objetivos, y necesidades, pero con un mismo sueño: el de buscar una mejor vida para ellos y para sus seres queridos. Así entonces, retomando la idea introductoria de este libro, el llamado del arquitecto en este reto debe ser el de corresponder a características de los migrantes, comprenderlas a profundidad, y ser un soporte para facilitar el cumplimiento de sus metas, a través de la creación de un espacio en el cual puedan recobrar el aliento y continuar con su cometido. |
