Entendiendo el concepto de cotidianidad como "sucesos comunes de la vida". El eje central es la depresión y la ansiedad, el proceso en camino al autoconocimiento y reconocimiento propio y en el otro, respecto a cómo se vive con estas condiciones. La realización de estos libros, tiene como propósito la premisa de que cualquiera los pueda leer.
