description El presente documento expone el desarrollo del proyecto titulado “Diagnóstico, Diseño y validación de un manual para la gestión de compras y contratación de la empresa Consultoría y Construcciones civiles SAS, Bogotá D.C.”. El proyecto fue ejecutado siguiendo el enfoque predictivo y conforme a los lineamientos establecidos por el PMI y la guía del PMBOK. Por lo anterior, el proyecto se estructura en las fases de inicio, planeación, ejecución, monitoreo y control, y cierre. En este documento se presenta un compendio de las diferentes actas, planes y matrices que facilitaron su ejecución y control. Durante la ejecución del proyecto se presentaron algunas desviaciones respecto a lo planeado; generando la necesidad de implementar dos solicitudes de cambio, con el objetivo de realizar los ajustes pertinentes y alinear la planeación, considerando todas las áreas de conocimiento y el impacto que dichos cambios generaron en cada una de ellas. Como parte del proceso de monitoreo y control, se elaboraron dos informes de seguimiento en fechas distintas con el objetivo de validar el alcance del proyecto, el estado de los riesgos, el cumplimiento de los requisitos e indicadores de calidad, el avance del cronograma y el seguimiento detallado de los costos. Asimismo, se incluyen los documentos correspondientes a los entregables del producto y sus respectivos anexos, los cuales constituyen los resultados del proyecto y resuelven el problema que condujo a su formulación; se incorpora la aceptación del proyecto y del producto por parte del sponsor.

Therefore, the project was structured into the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing phases. This report includes a comprehensive compilation of records, plans, and matrices that supported the execution and control of the project. During the execution of the project some deviations from the initial plan were identified, generating the need to implement two change requests with the objective of making the necessary adjustments and realigning the planning considering all knowledge areas and the impact that these changes had on each of them.
