El proyecto se centra en el rediseño de los puestos de atención y venta de boletos (taquillas) en los parques de atracciones de Star Park, con el fin de mejorar el bienestar laboral de los empleados y, consecuentemente, la calidad del servicio al cliente. Basado en los principios de ergonomía y diseño universal, se identificaron problemáticas como malas posturas, movimientos repetitivos, espacios reducidos, falta de circulación y comunicación, saturación de información y ausencia de estandarización en la disposición de elementos. La iniciativa no solo busca cumplir con las normativas colombianas en salud ocupacional, sino también establecer un modelo de diseño que pueda aplicarse en futuros proyectos. |
