El presente informe ejecutivo de la compañía DELTA (BAGG) muestra la planificación, gestión y control de la compañía mediante el uso de un simulador gerencial que nos lleva a un contexto empresarial en donde entramos en una competencia con distintas compañías, el simulador mide distintas habilidades de gestión administrativa que son necesarias para manejar una compañía con base en unas condiciones dictadas por el mismo. La compañía se especializa en el mercado de la tecnología del hogar, la gestión de la compañía en este campo se realizó durante un periodo de cinco años, al ejecutar las acciones necesarias para esta gestión, se dispuso de una toma de decisiones en las que se implementó el uso de cada una de las secciones de la compañía, tales como: el marketing, las finanzas y logística. En cada una de estas secciones sé realizó una estrategia específica para generar el crecimiento interno y externo de la compañía, tomando cada una de las variables de cada sección para hacer un análisis de todos los aspectos posibles de abarcar. |
