El presente estudio corresponde a una revisión sistematizada que reúne evidencia científica respecto la relación entre Autocompasión y Regulación Emocional, se plantearon como objetivos: a. Señalar los principales problemas psicológicos en los cuales se ha evidenciado la relación entre autocompasión y regulación emocional. b. Evidenciar las principales características de los estudios realizados en Autocompasión y regulación emocional entre 2017 y marzo de 2022. Se incluyeron 39 estudios, encontrándose que la autocompasión podría constituir un elemento clave en el abordaje de diferentes problemas psicológicos, tales como ansiedad y depresión, así como también que, la autocompasión parece tener una relación directa en la regulación de las emociones, sin embargo, dado el tipo de diseño de los estudios incluidos no es posible realizar generalizaciones, lo que se constituye en oportunidad para futuras investigaciones. |

To point out the main psychological problems in which the relationship between Self-compassion and emotional regulation has been evidenced. b. To evidence the main characteristics of the studies conducted on Self-compassion and emotional regulation between 2017 and March 2022. To achieve this, 39 studies were included, finding that self-compassion could constitute a key element in addressing different psychological problems, such as anxiety and depression, as well as that, self-compassion seems to have a direct relationship in the regulation of emotions, however, given the type of design of the included studies it is not possible to make generalizations, which
