La teledermatología es la implementación de telemedicina en el campo de la dermatología que tiene como principal objetivo ampliar la cobertura de atención médica especializada de alta calidad a áreas rurales, dispersas o de escasos recursos, así como a personas con limitaciones para su desplazamiento. Durante la pandemia por COVID 19 tuvo un grandísimo crecimiento. El objetivo del presente estudio consiste en describir las perspectivas de dermatólogos colombianos que se han visto expuestos a la teleconsulta con el fin de tener datos epidemiológicos que puedan servir a futuro para mejorar la atención a los pacientes. Para ello se implementó un estudio cualitativo de tipo fenomenológico mediante entrevistas semiestrcuturadas en la que se realizaron preguntas indagando las categorías clínico, humano y organizacional, administrativo y social. El análisis de citas fue mediante la aplicación ATLAS-TI. Con este estudio, podemos concluir que la teledermatología es una modalidad útil para el seguimiento y diagnóstico de enfermedades inflamatorias benignas en la cual la resolución de imágenes y videos será un factor determinante en la precisión diagnóstica. Su mayor ventaja es la posibilidad de brindar atención a áreas rurales. |

During the COVID 19 pandemic it had tremendous growth. The objective of the present study is to describe the perspectives of Colombian dermatologists who have been exposed to teleconsultation in order to have epidemiological data that can be used in the future to improve patient care. For this purpose, a qualitative phenomenological study was implemented through semi-structured interviews in which questions were asked investigating the clinical, human, organizational, administrative and social categories. The citation analysis was done through the ATLAS-TI application. With this study, we can conclude that teledermatology is a useful modality for monitoring and diagnosing benign inflammatory diseases in which the resolution of images and videos will be a determining factor in diagnostic accuracy.
