El proyecto analiza cómo la plataforma VisiónFutura IA, basada en inteligencia artificial y realidad aumentada, puede transformar el modelo de atención de Óptica Evolución en Guadalupe, Huila. El estudio evidencia altos niveles de exposición a pantallas, poca educación preventiva y barreras de acceso en la salud visual. A través de encuestas, grupos focales y diarios de hábitos, se encontró gran disposición de los pacientes para adoptar soluciones tecnológicas personalizadas. Se concluye que integrar IA, RA y marketing digital permite pasar de un enfoque correctivo a uno preventivo, inmersivo y centrado en el paciente, fortaleciendo la fidelización y el posicionamiento competitivo de la óptica |
