Los adultos mayores con salud física y mental, entre 70 y 80 años, tienen buena disposición para el aprendizaje siempre y cuando se les ofrezca acompañamiento con afecto y herramientas pedagógicas que les sean familiares. A futuro se espera que el adulto mayor adquiera confianza y desarrolle una capacidad intuitiva para abordar su celular y el lenguaje digital. |

It was established, in the field work, that it is the lack of knowledge of digital language and icons where the difficulty arises. Older adults with physical and mental health, between 70 and 80 years old, have a good disposition for learning as long as they are offered support and pedagogical tools that are familiar to them.
