La industria de la moda es la segunda más contaminante del mundo. Asimismo, el mal uso del plástico también es un gran factor de contaminación; es por esto que, en este documento se plantea una propuesta para la elaboración de un biomaterial a base de cáscara de naranja, el cual será insumo para crear un accesorio que aprovecha los residuos de fruta. El diseño del producto fue creado a partir del concepto de complementar el ritual de meditación al agregar una experiencia al mismo. Se diseñó con las características de ensamblaje, las cuales permitieron la creación de figuras tanto planas como estructurales. Por lo tanto, se decidió nombrar el proyecto como Textifruit. Se trabajará con mujeres que estén desempleadas y requieran de un trabajo, se creará una línea de producción y será un oficio bien remunerado. Este proyecto muestra la investigación realizada durante este proceso, el paso a paso para llegar a los bioplásticos finales y el producto final. Además, se realizó una tabla de resultados que organiza las diferentes fórmulas y evidencia los cambios entre las diferentes comprobaciones. Para el diseño, se trabajó desde la textura que propone cada material y las capacidades que estos permitieron. |

It was designed with the characteristics of assembly, wich allowed the creation of both flat and structural figures. Therefore, it was decided to name the project as Textifruit. It will work with women who are unemployed and require a job, a production line will be created and it would be a well payed labor. This project shows the research accomplished during this process, the step by step to reach the final bioplastics and the final product. Besides, it was accomplished a results table that contains different formulas and shows the changes among the prototypes.
