Teams were facing up to competitions promoted by Society of Automotive Engineers - SAE, and this study was developed during 2015 and 2016. The fieldwork was carried out through participant observation teams over three semesters. Thus, it was intended to show how strategic management, quality management and people management, working as management tripod driver, can influence and add value to these team performance. The collected data and experience may be well used not only in Brazilian scenario but also worldwide. |
