El programa Fichero 1.0 nació como respuesta a la inquietud de introducir de forma práctica, la informática jurídica en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, por parte del dr. Laureano Gómez Serrano, titular de la cátedra de Derecho Civil parte general, que se dicta en segundo nivel de la carrera de Derecho, y de la cátedra de Derecho Civil Comercial parte general, la cual se dicta en el séptimo semestre de la misma, y del dr. Pedro Nel Rueda Garcés, abogado egresado de esa Facultad, con experiencia en sistemas. En concreto, la iniciativa partió de la necesidad de organizar el enorme material referente al derecho civil, transcrito en fichas tanto textuales como conceptuales, creadas por los estudiantes en las comunidades de trabajo de Derecho Civil parte general, fichas que al final de cada semestre académico alcanzaban (y alcanzan, al momento de escribir estas líneas) volúmenes físicos que dificultaban su manipulación. En vista de lo anterior, y considerando la conveniencia de un método eficiente tanto de almacenamiento, como de recuperación de los datos obtenidos de las diferentes lecturas consultadas a lo largo de las comunidades, fue que se pensó en un programa de computador al efecto. |

Specifically, the initiative arose from the need to organize the enormous amount of material related to civil law, transcribed in both textual and conceptual cards, created by the students in the general Civil Law work communities, cards that at the end of each academic semester reached (and reach, at the time of writing these lines) physical volumes that made their manipulation difficult.
