description El liderazgo en enfermería es clave para consolidar una cultura de calidad, seguridad y humanización del cuidado. Este plan de mejora, desarrollado en el servicio de hematología 9D de la Clínica Foscal Internacional, busca optimizar la adherencia a la higiene de manos y actualizar el material educativo sobre cuidados hospitalarios. En conjunto, promueve el desarrollo profesional del equipo de enfermería y mejora la experiencia de los usuarios. Asimismo, se integra el proyecto “Intervenciones de Enfermería Centradas en la Persona para el Control de la Enfermedad en Pacientes con Enfermedades Crónicas de Países de Bajos-Medianos Ingresos: Revisión Sistemática de Alcance”.
