Presenta conceptos del negocio jurídico expresados por varios juristas representativos de la historia y define los elementos esenciales, naturales y accidentales del negocio jurídico. Así mismo el artículo presenta un panorama del aspecto sociocultural, en esta parte se describen quienes son aptos para realizar negocios jurídicos en las distintas épocas de la historia y para finalizar se exponen los elementos económicos y tecnológicos que han acompañado este instituto.

Covering from its importance, functions, concept, its structure from the point of view of the German Pandectistic school that determines it in facts, acts, business and legal contracts. It presents concepts of the legal business expressed by several representative lawyers in history and defines the essential, natural and accidental elements of the legal business.
