Entre ellos, se halla el delito del grooming cuyas conductas típicas no solo se cometen en presencia, sino también en forma virtual. En este proyecto, se plantea que, aunque no existe un ordenamiento jurídico específico para el grooming en Colombia, como los países vecinos, cuenta con las herramientas jurídicas apropiadas para afrontarlo. El objetivo es delimitar las fortalezas y debilidades del ordenamiento legal colombiano frente al grooming, comparando jurídicamente el cuerpo de leyes de Colombia con el de Argentina para establecer similitudes y diferencias.

Among them is the crime of grooming, whose typical behaviors are committed not only in person but also virtually. This project proposes that, although there is no specific legal system for grooming in Colombia, unlike neighboring countries, it has the appropriate legal tools to address it.
