Hobbes expone de manera abierta dos fundamentos sobre los que el monarca deberá sostenerse: a) El poder que recibe del pueblo es absoluto. Con ello, se determina que no podrán ser refutadas las decisiones que él asuma. b) La Paz debe ser deseo e intención de todos, absolutamente todos los ciudadanos.In 1651 the Hobbesian theory makes its presence in the LEVIATAN and with it, its absolute determinism for the benefit of civil society, Sustained in the indisputable power of the monarch; where the sovereign solemnly undertakes to respect the lives of his subjects, in the same way that he assumes the development of Peace as the supreme goal. Hobbes openly exposes two foundations on which the monarch must stand: a) The power he receives from the people is absolute.
