Shell Colombia S.A. ha querido adoptar este modelo de manera autóctona, para llegar a su target de una manera clara y directa, proporcionándoles el mejor servicio que cualquier compañía de lubricantes pueda ofrecer. Driveline, nombre del proyecto internacionalmente, es el primer acercamiento de la compañía para dar un vuelco total de una empresa enfocada al producto, a situarse en una compañía enfocada al cliente y el usuario final. Debido a la complejidad del proyecto y a sus diferentes etapas (tres en total), este proyecto académico, solo llega a su primera fase, es decir hasta el momento de implementación de Lubricación Integral Shell, en la segunda y tercera etapa se llevarán a cabo una labor ardua de ventas y un refuerzo de todo el concepto, enfocándose directamente en clientes específicos, con los cuales ya se ha llegado a tener contacto. Por ello es necesario aclarar en este punto que el proyecto académico, en su fase final no cumplirá a cabalidad con los objetivos específicos planteados en un principio, pues estos se basan en los objetivos de Lubricación integral Shell, que como se explicó antes, culminará dentro de dos etapas más. |

Driveline, the project's international name, is the company's first attempt to completely transform itself from a product-focused company to one focused on the customer and the end user. Due to the complexity of the project and its different stages (three in total), this academic project has only reached its first phase, that is, the implementation of Shell Integral Lubrication. The second and third stages will involve intensive sales efforts and reinforcement of the entire concept, focusing directly on specific customers with whom contact has already been established.
