A través de encuentros, diálogos y ejercicios colaborativos, las voces de actores estratégicos, organizaciones locales y miembros de la institucionalidad pública se entretejieron para construir aprendizajes sobre paz territorial, convivencia y fortalecimiento del tejido social. Este material es una memoria viva del camino colectivo recorrido por los charteños. Recoge historia, afectaciones, luchas, fortalezas, proyectos y sueños que mantienen viva la esperanza en el municipio, así como saberes, sabores y experiencias de resiliencia, por ello, esta cartilla busca fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia, identidad territorial y reconciliación simbólica de Charta mediante una herramienta didáctica que resalta aspectos culturales, históricos y comunitarios.

Through meetings, dialogues, and collaborative exercises, the voices of strategic stakeholders, local organizations, and members of public institutions were interwoven to build knowledge about territorial peace, coexistence, and strengthening the social fabric. This material is a living record of the collective journey undertaken by the people of Charta. It captures history, challenges, struggles, strengths, projects, and dreams that keep hope alive in the municipality, as well as knowledge, traditions, and experiences of resilience.
