family and education. The index assign to each individual a score between zero to one: at the same time that the value of the index grows the perception of the dimensions gets better. For the construction of the index
it was considered a sample of 15
399 individuals
which was applied an expansion factor in order to obtain the estimate of the total population.

Existen limitados estudios acerca del Bienestar Subjetivo, que muestran que el bienestar de la persona está relacionado con factores determinantes de la vida como ingreso, trabajo, vivienda, alimentación, educación, salud, seguridad, relaciones sociales, competencias y autonomía. Sin embargo, no hay investigaciones relacionadas con el nivel de bienestar entre empleados y empleadores en Colombia. Es por ello, que el objetivo principal de este proyecto es hacer un análisis comparativo del grado de bienestar (Wellbeing) entre los empleadores y empleados en Colombia, a partir de la Encuesta Nacional de Calidad de Vida de 2015 realizada por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE). Este trabajo presenta la estimación del índice de Bienestar Subjetivo (IBS), con base en la metodología multivariante llamada Análisis de Correspondencias Múltiples (ACM), de la cual se obtienen las contribuciones relacionadas con la satisfacción por cada una de las siguientes dimensiones: alimentación, vivienda, ingreso, salud, trabajo, seguridad, familia y educación. El índice asigna a cada individuo un puntaje que varía entre cero y uno: a medida que el valor del índice aumenta, las percepciones con las dimensiones mejoran. Para la construcción del índice, se tuvo en cuenta una muestra de 15.399 individuos, a la cual se le aplicó un factor de expansión con el fin de obtener la estimación de la población total. |
