Exploring the urban landscape
this artistic project develops an artistic proposal from the appropriation and contextualization of a constructive element of the street (the platform) and vegetation of the city
where it is mentioned throughout the symbolic and the poetic concept of struggle and
especially
the concept of Domain. In order to do this
chosen elements are analyzed from their symbolic meaning and from their plastic characteristics. The project involves construction of the formal analogy through a sculpture inspired by the field of performance and experience of the author
taking into account artistic references that provide the formal and conceptual development of the artwork. discovering that the use of these elements follows a final fleeting essence of the piece of art
and that the temporary nature of its materials is precisely the one giving the most beauty to this piece
and that it is not about it lasting over time and space but in the memory of the observer. The project concludes with the execution of a formal and conceptual analysis related to the result of human actions and their consequences on the natural environment.

PregradoMaestro en Bellas ArtesDomainapplication/pdfspaUniversidad Industrial de SantanderInstituto de Proyección Regional y Educación a DistanciaBellas ArtesInstituto de Proyección Regional y Educación a DistanciaNaturalezaCiudadPaisaje UrbanoEsculturaExploring the urban landscapethis artistic project develops an artistic proposal from the appropriation and contextualization of a constructive element of the street (the platform) and vegetation of the citywhere it is mentioned throughout the symbolic and the poetic concept of struggle andespeciallythe concept of Domain.
