The manipulation of pathogenic microorganisms on security biological booths
is a laboratory practice that is not done over the undergraduate area from the Microbiology and Bio analysis faculty at the Industrial University of Santander
with the exception of a couple of students from the final - practical periods of the career
showing how at least 90% of graduate students
offers their experience to the labor market without the practical knowledge of such specific work procedure. This is the reason why is necessary to provide a device able to recreate reality under simulated conditions
allowing students real training and teachers a new mechanism for evaluation. Through the analysis of bimanual processes
taking 3 points of reference into account by the level of expertise
it has been established the right patterns of the smear procedure
used to identify the Positive/Negative presence of the alcohol - acid bacillus
resistant cause of Tuberculosis
reason why the Hidden Protocol was importantly taken into account during these investigation
because of previously exposed
a quantitative and executable model was proposed
able to simulate reality and generate enough feedback to users.

description La manipulación de microorganismos patógenos en cabinas de seguridad biológica, es una práctica de laboratorio que no se realiza en el área de pregrado de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, con excepción de 1 2 estudiantes al semestre de noveno nivel, que realizan sus prácticas en este laboratorio, evidenciando que más del 90% de los estudiantes que se gradúan, salen al mercado laboral sin conocer este contexto práctico de trabajo. Por tal motivo es necesario proveer de un dispositivo capaz de simular la realidad y así mediante condiciones simuladas capacitar a los estudiantes y brindar un mecanismo nuevo a los profesores para el entrenamiento y evaluación. Por medio del análisis de procesos bimanual, teniendo en cuenta 3 puntos de referencia por nivel de experticia, se establecieron los patrones adecuados del procedimiento de baciliscopia, el cual, se usa para determinar la presencia positiva/negativa del bacilo ácido-alcohol resistente, causante de la Tuberculosis, con lo cual se determinó el protocolo oculto, de gran importancia en el presente estudio dado que contiene las pautas que no se encuentran en la literatura del adecuado manejo de este tipo de microorganismos. Con todo lo anterior, se propuso un modelo simulador, cuantitativo y ejecutable, capaz de simular la realidad y generar retroalimentación a los usuarios.
