Esta monografía muestra el desarrollo de una estrategia de mantenimiento basado en confiabilidad y riesgo para las válvulas de alivio de presión de Equión Energía en el CPF de Floreña. Su principal propósito es optimizar las actividades de intervención mediante la planeación basada en riesgo de las inspecciones y pruebas. Se desarrollaron dos modelos de análisis utilizando la distribución de Weibull, uno para evaluar la confiabilidad por medio de la determinación del tiempo medio entre fallas, y otro para evaluar el riesgo por medio de la estimación de probabilidades de falla en función del tiempo. Para el desarrollo de los modelos de cálculo, se requirió en primera instancia conocer el universo de dispositivos instalados en la planta. Para ello se creó una base de datos en la cual se generó un inventario, tomando como referencia la información de los diagramas de tubería e instrumentación (P&IDs por sus siglas en inglés). Posteriormente se ubicaron los registros históricos de inspección y pruebas, los cuales fueron organizados cronológicamente para cada dispositivo. El resultado es una estrategia de mantenimiento centrada en la gestión del riesgo que está encaminada al cumplimiento de las metas presupuestales y de producción de la organización, logrando posicionar a Equión como una compañía altamente competitiva en el sector Oil & Gas de Colombia. |
