The objective of this project is to design and build a torqueadora hydraulic machine to allow the disassembly and form threaded joints in hydraulic packers in order to make reparation and commissioning of these oil tools and in this way
improve safety conditions during this operation. The conceptual design of the machine consists of three basic components. The first is the design and selection of all components that make up the hydraulic circuit of the machine from the established requirements. The second component is the design and selection of the semiautomatic control system with which will feature the hydraulic circuit for its handling. The third component is the structural design of the machine from the strength and torque requirements
in addition to other ergonomic specifications that allows easy handling and operation. The design process was conducted under international standard
was summarized in explanatory tables and simulation tools as Automation Studio for hydraulic matters and SolidWorks Simulation for making models and finite element analysis (CAD- CAE) to validate the structural designs. The skeletal structure of the machine is made with local high quality manufacture

El objetivo de este trabajo es diseñar y construir una máquina torqueadora hidráulica que permita desmontar y formar uniones roscadas en packers hidráulicos con el fin de realizar la reparación y puesta en marcha de estas herramientas petroleras y así mejorar las condiciones de seguridad en esta operación. El diseño conceptual de la maquina consta de tres componentes básicos. El primero es el diseño y selección de todos los componentes que conforman el circuito hidráulico de la máquina a partir de los requerimientos establecidos. El segundo componente es el diseño y selección de los componentes del sistema de control semiautomático con el que contará el circuito hidráulico para su manipulación. El tercer componente es el diseño estructural de la máquina a partir de los requerimientos de fuerza y torsión, además debe acoplar otras especificaciones de índole ergonómico que permitan su fácil manejo y operatividad. El proceso de diseño se realizó bajo normas con estándar internacional, se resumió en cuadros explicativos y se utilizaron herramientas de simulación como Automation Studio en cuanto a hidráulica se refiere y Solidworks Simulation para la realización de los modelos y análisis de elementos finitos (CAD-CAE) que permitan validar los diseños estructurales. La construcción estructural de la máquina se hizo con manufactura local de alta calidad, con el fin de obtener las más elevadas prestaciones del diseño propuesto; la fabricación del control y la parte hidráulica estuvo a cargo de COHA S.A.S. Se elaboraron los planes de mantenimiento, seguridad y operación de manera que se mantenga un alto estándar de calidad y durabilidad del equipo. |
