ASÍ MISMO SE REALIZÓ UN ANÁLISIS A LOS SISTEMAS DE INFORMACIÓN QUE APOYAN LAS ACTIVIDADES DE LOS PROCESOS ESTUDIADOS; SE DETERMINARON ASPECTOS DÉBILES EN CADA UNO DE ELLOS Y SE ESTABLECIERON ASPECTOS A MEJORAR. POSTERIORMENTE SE DEFINIÓ UNA PROPUESTA DE MEJORA Y SE REALIZARON LAS ACTIVIDADES PARA SU IMPLEMENTACIÓN. LAS CUALES INCLUYEN: REDISTRIBUCIÓN DEL PERSONAL Y AJUSTES A LOS MANUALES DE FUNCIONES, CREACIÓN Y MODIFICACIÓN DE PROCEDIMIENTOS Y AJUSTES AL MANUAL DE CALIDAD, CAPACITACIONES A TODO EL PERSONAL DE OBRA, UNIFICACIÓN DE LA BASE DE DATOS DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN, AJUSTES AL PROGRAMA DE CAPACITACIÓN, ACTUALIZACIÓN AL SOFTWARE EXISTENTE. ASÍ MISMO SE EVALUARON LAS MEJORAS IMPLEMENTADAS Y SU IMPACTO SOBRE LOS PROBLEMAS DETECTADOS.
