Con el fin de sustentar dichas características, me apoyaré en uno de los primeros prerrománticos al que mucho tiempo después de su desaparición se le reconocieran sus bondades: William Shakespeare.Del autor inglés tomaré la obra maestra Harnlet, la cual servirá como base para la ejemplificación de los aspectos más importantes y sobresalientes del periodo prerromántico. SUMMARYIn order to understand our Colombian romantic literature, the study of the romantic movement from its origins becomes necessary; it is for this reason that the present essay shows the characteristics of the prerromanticism proposed by very well known theorists in this matter. With the purpose of supporting this characteristics, I will take one of the first prerromántico authors, to the one that very long time ago from death was recognized by his magnificence: William Shakespeare.
