Factibilidad para la creación de Spa Center en el municipio de Aguachica Cesar

El desarrollo del proyecto del SPA se plantea para desarrollar en el municipio de Aguachica; que es un municipio colombiano ubicado al sur del departamento del Cesar. Demográfica y económicamente es la segunda ciudad más importante del departamento, y el centro urbano de mayor crecimiento en la regióncaracterísticas que hacen de la ciudad una oportunidad de desarrollo, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes proyectos que se están ejecutando, lo que la hace aún más atractiva para la inversión y desarrollo de proyectos productivos que a su vez conlleven al crecimiento de la economía local y regional. El siguiente informe establece la factibilidad sobre la creación de una Spa center en el municipio de Aguachica, que ofrezca un servicio de alta calidad, con equipos innovadores y profesionales en su área como objetivo principal, cumpliendo un importante aporte a la ecología, teniendo como materia prima los aceites esenciales y la chocolates. Este proyecto está dirigido a los 42,995 entre hombres y mujeres entre edades de 16 a 60 años en los hogares en estratos 1,2 de Aguachica y sus pueblos aledaños. Para lograr gran impacto en la demanda se busca invertir en presupuesto de lanzamiento, por lo cual se invertirán $4´620.000 y de $5´400.000 presupuesto de operación. La empresa empezará a funcionar en el barrio Alto prado, Aguachica, y se constituirá como una sociedad limitada, integrada por las autoras del proyecto; tendrá una nómina de seis personas que ocuparán diferentes cargos de acuerdo a las funciones que se generan en la empresa. La inversión total será de $ 70.000.ooo de los cuales los socios fundadores aportarán el 60% correspondiente a $42.000.000; para cubrir el 100% de esta inversión se acudirá al financiamiento de entidades bancarias a través de un crédito bancario por $28.000.000. El proyecto presenta un VPN positivo por $31.201.423 y una TIR de 32,61%, con un periodo de recuperación en cuatro años.

It is a Colombian city located in the southern area of the Cesar department. Demographically and economically the second most important city of the department; and the fastest growing urban center in the region. The people who live there is well known not only for being humble and hardworking but also gifted with many several features; which make the city an attractive opportunity for development. Also it must be taken into account the different projects being run; which makes Aguachica even more attractive for investment and productive projects which may lead to the growth of the local and regional economy. The following report establishes the feasibility of creating a Spa Center in the municipality of Aguachica; offering a high-quality service; with innovative and professional equipment in its field as the main target. Providing as well an important contribution to ecology; by using as raw material essential oils and chocolates. This project is aimed to the 42.995 inhabitants among men and women between the ages of 16 to 60 years old; in households in strata 1 or 2 from Aguachica and the surrounding towns. To achieve great impact on the demand it is planned to invest $ 4'620.000 as Product Launch Budget and $ 5'400.000 as Operating Budget. The company will start operating in the neighborhood Alto Prado in Aguachica; and will be constituted as a limited liability company; formed by the authors of the project. It will have a payroll of six people who will be in charge of different positions according to the functions that are generated in the company. The total investment will be $ 70.000.ooo of which the founding partners will contribute 60% for $42 million; to cover 100% of this investment it will be resorted a bank loan for $ 28 million from financial entities. The project has a positive NPV of $ 31; 201; 423 and an IRR of 32.61% with a recovery period of four years.
