The inadequate or non-existent compilation

since when the bodies recipients reach his maximum aptitude to assimilate these pollutants there alters the quality of the resource for his later use
which adds an additional cost for his treatment. In this work the different problematic ones of production were analyzed in the plant of animal benefit of Cáchira's municipality. There was designed a system of treatment of residual water by the intention of diminishing the pollutant load
before spilling to the river Cáchira mitigating his pollution. One determined that parameters exist as the flow
which they must be born in mind in the design of the system of treatment. Based on the previous thing
there must be realized processes of cleaner production (PML)
as compilation in I dry
compilation of blood
use of devices or mouthpieces in the hoses
with the aim to reduce the massive expense of water
reducing the costs of construction and operation of the system of treatment. In conclusion the plant of benefit of Cáchira municipality
it does not rely on the technical and environmental requirements that they should offer an excellent service in the managing and expenditure of meat to the municipality. For which
it is necessary to receive the plan of rationalization of plants of animal benefit of the department.

La inadecuada o inexistente recolección, tratamiento y disposición de los vertimientos generados por actividades antropogénicas; en el país, han generado problemas de salubridad y calidad del agua en todo el territorio nacional. La situación es insostenible, ya que cuando los cuerpos receptores alcanzan su máxima capacidad de asimilar estos contaminantes se altera la calidad del recurso para su uso posterior, lo cual agrega un costo adicional para su tratamiento. Objetivos: En este trabajo se analizaron las diferentes problemáticas de producción en la planta de beneficio animal del municipio de Cáchira. Se diseñó un sistema de tratamiento de agua residual con el propósito de disminuir la carga contaminante, antes de verter al rio Cáchira mitigando su contaminación. Resultados: Se determinó que existen parámetros como el caudal, que deben ser tenidos en cuenta en el diseño del sistema de tratamiento. Basado en lo anterior, se deben realizar procesos de producción más limpia (PML), como recolección en seco, recolección de sangre, uso de dispositivos o boquillas en las mangueras, con el objetivo de reducir el gasto masivo de agua, reduciendo los costos de construcción y operación del sistema de tratamiento. Conclusión: En conclusión la planta de beneficio del municipio de Cáchira, no cuenta con los requerimientos técnicos y ambientales que brinden un excelente servicio en el manejo y expendio de carne al municipio. Por lo cual, se debe acoger al plan de racionalización de plantas de beneficio animal del departamento. |
