Seguimiento y apoyo al contrato de "poda técnica de los árboles que obstaculizan las redes eléctricas de distribución de alta, media y baja tensión en el área de cobertura de cens (zona 1 y zona 2)"

El principal objetivo de este trabajo es realizar el seguimiento y apoyo a las entidades contratistas SETAGRO EU, INGENIERIA 2000 LTDA y a la interventora CONSULSERVICIOS LTDA. En la realización de las actividades de poda técnica bajo las redes eléctricas en el área de cobertura de CENS S.A. E.S.P. principalmente en Cúcuta, Pamplona y Ocaña, con el fin de garantizar que estas entidades estén cumpliendo con las actividades establecidas en el contrato, debido a que en los últimos años se han presentado anomalías en los resultados de los informes semestrales al compararlos con los resultados obtenidos en campo. Con las normas establecidas por parte de la Corporación Autónoma Regional de la Frontera CORPONOR en acuerdo con la empresa CENTRALES ELECTRICA DE NORTE DE SANTANDER S.A. E.S.P., se pudo realizar el respectivo seguimiento, dando cumplimiento con las normas ambientales vigentes. Donde se describen la forma adecuada de podar un árbol en área urbana, tratamiento fitosanitario, la disposición final de los residuos de podas y la forma de acordonar el área de trabajo para evitar tráfico y causar daños a bienes ajenos, entre otros. Durante el respectivo seguimiento se llegó a la conclusión que en algunas veces las actividades realizadas por estas empresas contratistas no son las adecuadas al carecer de un personal de CENS S.A. E.S.P. que se encuentre supervisando continuamente esta labor, las actividades presentadas en los informes muchas veces se vieron modificadas por parte de estas entidades para evitar problemas en sus contratos

E.S.P. that is continuously supervising this work; the activities presented in the reports often were modified by these entities to avoid problems in their contracts
