La idea de negocios es una alternativa al modelo de producción tradicional de trucha arcoíris caracterizado por sus bajos índices de productividad y alto impacto ambiental. La propuesta pretende elevar los indicadores de productividad siendo amigables con el medio ambiente a través de componentes involucrados en el proceso de producción: control de la temperatura y oxigenación del agua, dispensador automático de alimento, cría en tanques circulares de geomembrana, generación eléctrica a través de una hidroturbina y tratamiento de residuos sólidos. El desarrollo del plan de negocios implicó elaborar un análisis del sector en donde se desenvolverá la idea de negocios. Seguidamente se procedió a un estudio de mercado con el fin de determinar el grado de aceptación del producto en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga, las preferencias del mercado objetivo, la demanda, la oferta y las características de la competencia. Una vez realizado el estudio de mercado se procedió a elaborar el plan de mercadeo con miras a la puesta en marcha de la empresa. También se incluye el respectivo estudio técnico que determinó los requerimientos para la puesta en marcha de la empresa así como sus procesos. Seguidamente se analizaron los requerimientos organizativos y legales de la empresa así como la medición de su impacto socio ambiental. La viabilidad financiera del proyecto se analizó tomando tres escenarios (optimista, esperado y pesimista) identificando ciertas variables críticas que influyen sensiblemente en la rentabilidad del proyecto. Finalmente se desarrollaron las estrategias que permitirán a la empresa ser sostenible, rentable y atractiva durante su desarrollo. |
