Se verá en este artículo, la normatividad en la que tres Leyes esenciales en materia de educación superior para el caso colombiano (Ley 30 de 1992, Ley 749 de 2002 y el derogado Proyecto de Ley 112/2011), responden a estas lógicas-tecnocráticas-de-orden.La educación superior pasa de ser una educación para la formación de hombres y mujeres -y la afirmación de los mismos como individuos- para ser una simple instrucción tecno-burocrática.Palabras clave: educación superior, tecnocracia, crítica, Ley 30 de 1992, ley 749 de 2002, Proyecto de Ley 112/2011. ABSTRACT :The guidelines for education in the globalized insert where we find ourselves, exacerbate technocratic education like the only valid alternative in human development, setting aside or even eliminating the critical assessment that could eventually arise among students in higher education.
