El principal objetivo de este proyecto es la realización de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo a la flota de vehículos con la que cuenta la empresa COTRANAL LTDA además de la realización de un sistema de información que permita agilizar tareas de mantenimiento en la empresa, dar confianza a los clientes, presentar un servicio eficaz y de mayor confiabilidad. Se realizara una auditoria de mantenimiento para identificar las principales fallas en esta área. Posteriormente se realizara inventario y codificación de los vehículos y además se diseñaran hojas de vida, fichas técnicas y ordenes de trabajo estos documentos para la gestión del mantenimiento ayudaran a la organización interna de los datos de cada vehículo. Después se llevara a cabo un análisis de criticidad de los equipos en particular y luego un análisis de criticidad por sistemas, por medio del análisis de factores ponderados basados en el concepto de riesgo, todo para llegar a las fallas más críticas junto con los sistemas en las que se encuentran para aplicar la metodología FMECA, esta nos clasificara los fallos más con mayor criticidad y nos dará acciones para corregirlas. Luego se realizaran cronogramas de mantenimiento para las diferentes marcas de los vehículos y se diseñara un sistema de información, que permita agilizar la búsqueda de datos, que nos brinde información en cuanto a alarmas de mantenimiento, entre otros beneficios, este sistema de información será didáctico y fácil de entender. 1 |
