El trabajo presenta los resultados del análisis crítico discursivo de las manifestaciones de violencia ejercidas por y hacia 29 niños y 36 niñas (entre los 7 y 12 años de edad) de los estratos 1,2 Y 3 de la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Se pretende develar cómo se expresa, se interpreta y se reproduce la violencia en los discursos infantiles (verbales y no verbales) y en sus acciones. SUMMARY The article belongs to the multidisciplinary research «REALITIES AND VISIONS OF FAMILYVIOLENCE -An ecological approach-» carried out by professors and students of the Schools of Letters and Social Work at Industrial University of Santander. The paper presents the investigation results of when and why and in what way children are violent, and the ways they are abused by violence. 29 boys and 36 girls aged 7 to 12 from the social layers 1, 2 and 3 in Bucaramanga city were involved in the research.
