description Este trabajo evalúa la posibilidad de usar cenizas volantes para cimentaciones para proyectos tipo VIS entre 5 a 6 pisos, como es importante para este tipo de proyectos los factores de tiempo, costo y alcance se vuelven determinantes a la hora de ejecutarlos. Por tal motivo se analiza hasta dónde puede llegar el alcance y como puede ser definido gracias a las practicas del PMI, se concibe analizar el uso de las cenizas volantes bajo la triple restricción (alcance, tiempo, costo). Se presentan las alternativas empleadas en el alcance del proyecto, los costos calculados y que permiten elegir las cenizas volantes como alternativa y el tiempo estimado bajo el método pert y con esto mostrar la concordancia de la triple restricción que nos permite elegir esta alternativa. Se ha utilizado bajo juicio de expertos analizar el comportamiento de las cenizas volantes bajo condiciones climáticas adversas como las lluvias y a la cuales se encuentran expuestas la mayoría de las cimentaciones, al ser trabajos que deben ser ejecutados a cielo abierto.

For this reason, it is analyzed how far the scope can go and how it can be defined thanks to the practices of the PMI, it is conceived to analyze the use of fly ash under the triple restriction (scope, time, cost). The alternatives used in the scope of the project are presented, the calculated costs that allow us to choose fly ash as an alternative and the estimated time under the pert method and with this show the agreement of the triple restriction that allows us to choose this alternative.
