En contraste con la teoría, se muestran las ideas, visiones, percepciones, opiniones y patrones de comportamiento frente al tema de la investigación. Se problematiza por qué investigar en derecho, cómo se investiga, los criterios para la selección de temas a investigar y las intencionalidades de los investigadores frente a las prácticas investigativas. Se plantea cómo el ámbito social, incluyendo lo profesional y lo familiar, brinda al sujeto investigador en derecho la construcción de las problemáticas sobre la investigación jurídica. |

The technique used for reaching this objective was the semi-structured interview performed to principal researchers from Universidad de Antioquia Law program. In contrast with theory, ideas, points of view, perceptions, opinions, and behavioral patterns are shown before the research issue. The argument on why to research and how to research in the field of law the criteria for selecting the topics to be researched and researchers’ intention before research practice is posed.
