RESUMEN : Las instalaciones que prestan servicios de salud tienen efectos significativos en el ambiente natural que los rodea, debido a la cantidad de productos y recursos naturales que necesitan para su funcionamiento y los residuos producidos en estas. Con este trabajo se buscó elaborar la matriz de aspectos e impactos ambientales de la Clínica Cardio VID, siguiendo el análisis previo realizado por la organización en el que se usan diferentes metodologías para desarrollar una matriz propia que se acomoda a las necesidades puntuales que se puedan presentar, y a partir de los resultados que se hallaron, se propusieron nuevas estrategias de mejora y mitigación de los impactos negativos que se pudieron evidenciar. El análisis se hizo por medio de visitas a los diferentes procesos que se encuentran en la clínica, con los cuales se diligenció la matriz y posteriormente se hizo el estudio de los datos obtenidos de esta, encontrando que en la clínica solo se presentan impactos de tres tipos: Compatibles con el Ambiente, Leves y Moderados. Adicionalmente, se pudo identificar los procesos que generaba la mayor cantidad de impactos ambientales: Mantenimiento de Equipos e Infraestructura, Banco de sangre y Cirugía, representando estos tres casi el 29% de los impactos encontrados; haciendo uso de esta información se propusieron algunas estrategias para el manejo y mejora de las condiciones de la clínica. |

This work aimed to develop the matrix of environmental aspects and impacts of the Clínica Cardio VID, following the prior analysis carried out by the organization, which uses different methodologies to develop a custom matrix tailored to specific needs that may arise. Based on the results found, new improvement and mitigation strategies for the negative impacts identified were proposed. The analysis was conducted through visits to the various processes in the clinic, which facilitated the completion of the matrix, and subsequently, the data obtained from it was studied. It was found that the clinic only presents three types of impacts: Compatible with the Environment, Mild, and Moderate. Additionally, it was possible to identify the processes generating the greatest amount of environmental impacts: Equipment and Infrastructure Maintenance, Blood Bank, and Surgery, which together represent nearly 29% of the impacts found.
