Durante la elaboración del proyecto se identificaron diversos aspectos a mejorar en el seguimiento de las variables centrándose en el registro virtual de los datos y posterior análisis estadístico calculando parámetros que indicaron el comportamiento del proceso. Para abordar esta situación se estableció el objetivo principal de definir herramientas de análisis estadístico en el proceso de revestimientos que permitan entender en todo momento el proceso. Se descubrió que el proceso no cuenta con un seguimiento eficiente y continuo lo que ocasionó pérdida de datos relevantes para el análisis además de que el análisis hecho permitirá elaborar planes de mejora, planes que no se habrían pensado si ni siquiera se hacía el análisis con las herramientas establecidas. Se concluyó que era necesario implementar este tipo de análisis en la Planta ya que el solo hecho de registrar los datos no es suficiente para entender el proceso, con las herramientas usadas se permitió analizar desde varias perspectivas hasta identificar la causa raíz del problema. |

During the development of the project, various aspects to improve in the monitoring of the variables were identified, focusing on the virtual registration of the data and subsequent statistical analysis by calculating parameters that indicated the behavior of the process. To address this situation, the main objective was established to define statistical analysis tools in the coating process that allow the process to be understood at all times. It was discovered that the process does not have efficient and continuous monitoring, which caused the loss of relevant data for the analysis, in addition to the fact that the analysis carried out will allow the development of improvement plans, plans that would not have been thought of if the analysis was not even carried out with the established tools.
