RESUMEN: El presente informe especifica la contextualización, investigación diagnóstica y propuesta de intervención relacionada con hechos de violencia intrafamiliar, de igual manera, se describe la valoración general en la atención de estos hechos realizada por el practicante de Trabajo Social durante la práctica profesional desarrollada en la Comisaría de Familia 4, Aranjuez de la ciudad de Medellín durante los meses de julio y diciembre de 2023. El objetivo fue identificar las problemáticas más recurrentes con la pretensión de orientar la comprensión de la realidad situada y orientar una propuesta de intervención. La metodología se basó en la investigación de modalidad diagnóstica teniendo como enfoque teórico el construccionismo social, y recopilando información a través de técnicas cualitativas como observación participante, entrevistas semiestructuradas y revisión documental; los resultados muestran un preocupante aumento de los casos de violencia intrafamiliar, siendo los tipos más frecuentes la violencia física, verbal y psicológica, vulnerando principalmente los derechos a la vida, calidad de vida, un ambiente sano e integridad personal de los menores de edad. Como propuesta de intervención, se propone una intervención socioeducativa involucrando a trabajadores sociales, familias y estudiantes, con el fin de sensibilizar a las familias de la comuna cuatro Aranjuez sobre los efectos perjudiciales de la violencia intrafamiliar de tipo física verbal y psicológica. |

Likewise, the general assessment in the attention to these incidents carried out by the Social Work practitioner during the professional practice developed at the Family Police Station 4, Aranjuez in the city of Medellín during the months of July and December 2023 is described. The objective was to identify the most recurrent problems with the aim of guiding the understanding of the situated reality and guiding an intervention proposal. The methodology was based on diagnostic research with a social constructionism theoretical approach, and collecting information through qualitative techniques such as participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentary review. The results show a worrying increase in cases of domestic violence, with the most frequent types being physical, verbal, and psychological violence, mainly violating the rights to life, quality of life, a healthy environment, and personal integrity of minors.
