El paciente evolucionó satisfactoriamente y sin complicaciones. Presentó una discreta disfagia inicial que desapareció en corto tiempo. Se describe la técnica operatoria utilizada y se revisan las principales complicaciones asociadas a este procedimiento. |

A free jejunum auto-graft was placed using a microsurgical technique in order to restore the circulation in the jejunum that had been transplanted to the neck area. The postoperative period was uneventful except for a transient dysphagia during the first few days, which soon disappeared.
