description RESUMEN: Este informe da cuenta del proceso de acompañamiento psicosocial con el grupo asociativo de Mujeres Rurales Emprendedoras y Gestoras de Derechos de la vereda la Luz, ASOMUR- EG La Luz, en el municipio de San Carlos, Antioquia, el cual estuvo enfocado en el fortalecimiento organizativo desde la construcción colectiva de sentidos, identidad organizativa y propuestas para el funcionamiento y la proyección grupal. Fue un acompañamiento direccionado al reconocimiento de capacidades tanto individuales como colectivas, por lo que se abrieron espacios de reflexión introspectiva para apreciar vivencias y habilidades particulares, también, este se configuró en un espacio de interacción grupal para compartir con otras, comprender el papel que cada una desempeña dentro del ámbito asociativo y poder ahondar en la importancia de la unión y del trabajo en equipo para alcanzar sueños y metas, siendo así, un lugar de encuentro en el que pudieron dialogar, compartir, reflexionar y crear, teniendo como eje central la construcción colectiva de sentidos, la identidad organizativa y la proyección que, como asociación de mujeres rurales, se planean.
