Estas acciones se llevaron a cabo durante tres semestres académicos en la Secretaría de Salud y Protección Social del municipio de Zaragoza y fueron la realización de un sondeo o estudio a nivel nacional, departamental y local de la institución de la práctica, que se llamó contextualización; el diseño y ejecución de un diagnóstico rápido participativo que buscó develar las situaciones que permitían o condicionaban la participación de las instancias de esta institución y, a partir de los resultados de este, se buscó dar respuesta a la problemática encontrada mediante un proyecto de intervención, que buscaba promover una cultura de participación en salud en el municipio guiado, a su vez, por un enfoque de educación popular. Con este se logró realizar varios talleres y brindar información sobre salud a la comunidad y a las instancias de participación, así mismo, conformar estas últimas, apostándole al fortalecimiento interno de la secretaría, y, finalmente se realizaron varias acciones de sensibilización en pro de la participación en el municipio. |

These actions were carried out during three academic semesters in the Secretary of Health and Social Protection of the municipality of Zaragoza and included conducting a survey or study at the national, departmental and local levels of the institution of the practice, which was called contextualization; the design and execution of a rapid participatory diagnosis that sought to reveal the situations that allowed or conditioned the participation of the instances of this institution and, based on the results of this, it was sought to respond to the problems found through an intervention project, that sought to promote a culture of participation in health in the town guided, in turn, by a popular education approach.
