El argumento central se teje desde la relación entre precariedad, participación e intervención, derivándose potencialidades para la construcción colectiva de ciudad, enmarcadas por el reconocimiento de la lucha social como condición que preexiste, subsiste y trasciende la misma intervención urbana, dinamizándola y fortaleciéndola.
