description RESUMEN : El presente artículo, tiene por objetivo analizar las diversas acciones políticas colectivas que los líderes de la vereda Granizal en el Municipio de Bello, Antioquia, han emprendido para exigir la garantía de los servicios de acueducto y agua potable, dicha carencia acarrea unas dificultades que incentivan su organización y movilización de recursos y enmarcan los significados compartidos que dotan de sentido a su acción colectiva. Las mujeres y los hombres que conforman el Comité Veredal Granizal buscan brindarle un sustento jurídico a su labor comunitaria mediante la asesoría y el acompañamiento de organizaciones gubernamentales y no gubernamentales a través de las cuales han recibido una formación con la que pueden acometer la participación socio/política y la defensa del derecho a la ciudad, sin esperar asistencialismo del Estado sino exigiendo que se los proteja y se les preste una atención integral, conforme a su responsabilidad frente a la población vulnerada; emplean para ello herramientas experienciales, formativas y jurídicas adquiridas por medio de su gestión ante diversas instituciones que han brindado capacitación en este escenario socio comunitario. Este análisis, por lo tanto, permite determinar las reivindicaciones frente al Estado y las transformaciones logradas por actores en contextos adversos de la ciudad de Bello.

Este análisis, por lo tanto, permite determinar las reivindicaciones frente al Estado y las transformaciones logradas por actores en contextos adversos de la ciudad de Bello.ABSTRACT : This article aims to analyze the various collective political actions that the leaders of the Granizal village in the Municipality of Bello, Antioquia, have undertaken to demand the guarantee of aqueduct and drinking water services, this lack leads to difficulties that encourage their organization and mobilization of resources and frame the shared meanings that lead to their collective action. The women and men who make up the Granizal Veredal Committee seek to provide legal support to their community work through advice and support from governmental and non-governmental organizations through which they have received training with which they can undertake social/political participation and the defense of the right to the city, without expecting on the welfare but rather demanding that they be protected and given comprehensive care, in accordance with the State responsibility towards the vulnerable population; using experiential, training and legal tools acquired through their interaction with the various institutions that have provided training in this socio-community scenario.
