RESUMEN: Las MIPYMES buscan ocupar un lugar privilegiado en las industrias o comercios a los cuales pertenecen, pero esto no es una tarea fácil debido a que no tienen las mismas estrategias, entre ellas las tributarias, que las grandes empresas, por varias limitaciones dado que no cuentan entre otras con los recursos ni el personal profesional necesarios para implementarlas, la idea principal de este trabajo es brindarles elementos y alivios tributarios para que puedan realizar una efectiva planeación con el ánimo de optimizar la carga impositiva. Para este fin, se hace un recorrido por los principales beneficios tributarios estudiados y se relacionan los requerimientos que deben cumplir para acceder a estos, así como los efectos de los mismos, y cómo puede impactar a las MIPYMES. Se concluye con este estudio que la planeación tributaria es una gran estrategia para la optimización de la carga impositiva, buscando así que estas empresas aseguren una trayectoria más larga en la economía y estén a la altura de las grandes empresas en términos de competitividad y rentabilidad. |

The main idea of this work is to provide them with elements and tax relief, so, that they can make effective planning in order to optimize the tax burden. To this end, a review is made of the main tax benefits studied and the requirements that must be met to access them, as well as their effects, and how they can impact MSMEs.
