A través de un estudio de mercado, se identifican las preferencias y necesidades de los consumidores, revelando que el 47.8% de los encuestados conocen las casas prefabricadas, lo que indica un potencial significativo para aumentar la concientización sobre sus beneficios, donde se tiene que el informe también incluye un análisis de la industria, que proporciona un contexto histórico y revela tendencias y oportunidades en el mercado, así como la alta competencia existente en Medellín. Adicionalmente, se enfatiza la importancia de desarrollar estrategias de marketing efectivas para conectar con el público objetivo y superar los desafíos relacionados con la percepción de calidad y confianza en los materiales utilizados. En conclusión, el informe no solo propone un modelo de negocio, sino que también contribuye al entendimiento del potencial de las casas prefabricadas en Medellín, ofreciendo un análisis integral que puede guiar futuras iniciativas en el sector de la construcción. |
