RESUMEN: Este informe da cuenta del trabajo realizado con el colectivo femenino del municipio de Yarumal; si bien las brechas de género aún están vigentes en la sociedad actual, el trabajo social apuesta a su mitigación a través de acciones socioeducativas en pro a agendar capacidades y contribuir a la transformación de sus realidades. Además en este proceso práctico realizado se consolida la orientación teórica desde los enfoques de género y de derechos, con líneas transversales como: amor propio, emprendimiento y trabajo en equipo, importantes y necesarios en la garantía y acceso igualitario de derechos humanos y deconstrucción de estereotipos sociales de género, reconociendo el valor real y simbólico que representa las mujeres tanto rurales como urbanas y de todas las edades. Finalmente se reconocen recomendaciones sociales e institucionales para lograr la promoción de liderazgos femeninos y acciones direccionadas al empoderamiento de la mujer Yarumaleña. |

In addition, this practical process consolidates the theoretical orientation from the gender and rights approach, with transversal lines such as: self-esteem, entrepreneurship and teamwork, important and necessary in the guarantee and equal access to human rights and deconstruction of gender social stereotypes, recognizing the real and symbolic value that represents both rural and urban women of all ages.
