description	RESUMEN : El presente informe, pretende mostrar el desarrollo de la practica empresarial que se realizó en la Alcaldía del Municipio de Apartadó, en la Secretaria de Planeación y Ordenamiento Territorial la cual tiene como objeto FORTALECER LA PLANEACIÓN TERRITORIAL MEDIANTE SEGUIMIENTO Y MONITOREO A INFORMES DE CIERRE DEL PERÍODO DEL PLAN DE DESARROLLO MUNICIPAL 2020-2023 EN EL MUNICIPIO DE APARTADÓ, a través de actividades de seguimiento y control de los indicadores de gestión de las líneas estratégicas del PDM, y así conocer el estado actual de avance del gobierno en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos, permitiendo tomar medidas correctivas en el año 2023 y así dar mayor relevancia a los que no se han ejecutado; mediante este análisis también se logrará la aprobación de tres (3) proyectos estratégicos para el Municipio contribuyendo significativamente en temas de recuperación ambiental, espacio público, deporte y recreación, bienestar social y aprovechamiento del tiempo no solo en la zona urbana si no también la rural.
